IndyCar Series qualifying, race schedule, TV, streaming at Nashville for 9/15/24

The IndyCar Series concludes its 2024 season at Nashville Superspeedway, racing 206 laps on the 1.33-mile D-shaped oval that features 14-degree banking.

Alex Palou is 33 points clear of Will Power in the championship race and clinches the title with a finish of 9th place or better. As long as Palou starts the race, Scott McLaughlin is eliminated from title contention. Maybe that's why McLaughlin gave Palou an ominous invitation for this weekend.

Palou, seeking his third championship in four years, won in 2021 and '23. Power won in 2014 and '22.

Linus Lundqvist has clinched Rookie of the Year, but there's a tight battle at the back of the Leaders Circle race. The top 22 entrants earn $1 million toward next season.
