Will we see Kate and Meghan at Wimbledon 2019?
SW19 is set to get busier in the coming weeks as tennis fans flock to the London borough for Wimbledon 2019.
The tournament attracts some of the biggest VIP guests, namely the royals, and fans were delighted when the Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex attended the women’s final last summer.
They enjoyed a girls’ day out in the Centre Court to watch Meghan’s close friend Serena Williams play against Angelique Kerber.
Kate wore a printed Jenny Packham dress, while Meghan chose a striped blouse and wide-leg trousers by Ralph Lauren.

Their appearance together was just a couple of months after Meghan married Prince Harry at St George’s Chapel and during Kate’s maternity leave after having Prince Louis.
This year, Meghan is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to her first child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
But like Kate has done previously, Meghan is likely to attend occasions throughout the summer. She made her first public appearance since giving birth, at Trooping the Colour earlier this month.
So can we expect the royal sisters-in-law and their husbands to be at Wimbledon when it takes place between 1 and 15 July?
CNN’s royal commentator Victoria Arbiter says: “I think we may see Kate and Meghan at Wimbledon together again, which would be great, it would be a lovely show of togetherness.
“They clearly had a great time when they went before and they are the two major tennis fans.

“I don’t think we’d see the four of them, because I think again you’ve got to be aware that if you saw the four of them there, that would totally detract from all the tennis that was going on.
“It’s such a balance, you’re constantly thinking about who you’re upstaging, who’s writing about what.”
Harry and Meghan recently split from The Royal Foundation, their shared charity with William and Kate.
While there are still rumours of a rift between the foursome, Kensington Palace said: “These changes are designed to best complement the work and responsibilities of Their Royal Highnesses as they prepare for their future roles, and to better align their charitable activity with their new households.”
Aides also said that both couples will continue to work together in the future, including on the Heads Together mental health campaign.
The Duchess of Cambridge became patron of Wimbledon in 2017, but has been a regular at the tournament since before she married Prince William in 2011.
Meghan was also spotted in the crowd at the sporting event in 2016, at around the time she met Harry.
