Victoria Beckham has opened up about her daily wellness routine, which includes two morning workouts and drinking apple cider vinegar when she wakes up.
The singer-turned-designer, 48, posed for a collection of images for Vogue Australia in which she appears wearing risqué leather and lace underwear.
In one photo Beckham is seen wearing a black, lace bralette with a red mesh, cropped vest over the top. In another, the former Spice Girl is pictured wearing a backless Miu Miu top and wet-look, skin-tight Versace leggings.
For the cover image, which Beckham shared to Instagram, the fashion designer wore a full-length white, satin, bridal-esque Gucci dress and an oversized black puffer coat worn off her shoulders as she confidently posed for the image.
In the accompanying interview the mum-of-four, who is married to former England footballer David Beckham, 47, discussed her beauty and fitness regime, which includes completing two intense morning workouts.
Having risen at 6.45am, Beckham heads straight to the lower-ground floor gym of her house where she runs on the treadmill for 30 minutes, uphill.

After waking up her daughter, Harper, 11, she does the school run before fitting in a "gruelling" one-hour weights session with her personal trainer.
As for her diet, Beckham admits she is "extreme in anything I do", particularly when it comes to her much-discussed meal choices.
Earlier this year David Beckham revealed that his wife has pretty much only eaten grilled fish and steamed vegetables for the past 25 years.

But Mrs Beckham clarified her husband's comments while explaining more about her diet.
"Talk about making me sound boring!" the former Spice Girl told the publication.
“No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who’s more disciplined with the way that they eat. I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing."

While the designer says she does drink alcohol "unless I have a reason not to" she says she will "detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink".
"I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking,” she adds.
Other wellness tricks include taking Augustinus Bader skin supplements, drinking apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, and putting Skinaide collagen peptide powder in her coffee.

The designer also opened up about how her body and weight has been scrutinised over the years she has been in the spotlight.
“I’ve had ‘Porky Posh’ on a headline, I’ve had ‘Skeletal Posh’," she says. "After I had Brooklyn, there was a picture on the front of a newspaper pointing to every single part of my body as to where I had to focus on losing the weight from. Imagine doing that now.”
The star also discussed a recently resurfaced old clip she had been sent by a friend in which she was weighed live on television.
“I went on a TV show called Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush with Chris Evans many years ago, and I’d just had Brooklyn and lost a lot of weight after.
"It happened to my mum after her pregnancies. It doesn’t mean you have an eating disorder. And he made me stand on scales and be weighed. Can you imagine doing that nowadays?”
Yahoo UK has reached out to Chris Evans for comment.

Later in the interview Beckham shared that her daughter Harper, 10, wasn't too impressed with her mum's sartorial choices in her Spice Girls' days.
"She actually said to me recently, 'Mummy, I’ve seen some pictures of you when you were in the Spice Girls and your skirts were just unacceptable. They were just too short'," Beckham reveals.
"And she was actually quite disgusted at how short my skirts were. I said, ‘Are you never going to wear skirts like that?’ She said, ‘Absolutely not.’ We’ll see.”

The designer also confessed she has fears of how her daughter might deal with body image issues as she gets older.
"Harper isn’t on social media, so we don’t have to worry about that just yet. But seeing how cruel people can be, yes it really does [concern me].
"She’s at that age where her body is going to start changing, but it’s about making sure that we communicate a lot as a family and she surrounds herself with nice friends."

Beckham admitted she finds it "quite terrifying" and discussed her concerns about her other children – Brooklyn, 23, Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 17 – choosing to have a career in the public eye.
She admits she wants to protect her kids from negative comments, but still insists she will support their decisions.
The full interview appears in the July 2022 issue of Vogue Australia, out now.
