KFC bath bombs are here to let you soak in the scent of fried chicken
Yes, you read that correctly. Fast food giant KFC has launched a line of bath bombs designed to add a truly unique fried chicken aroma to your Sunday evening soak.
The chain has teamed up with Japanese online store Village Vanguard to produce the aptly named, ‘chicken smelling powder’. Mmmm.
When the bath bomb comes into contact with hot water, the ‘drumstick’ will dissolve creating tiny carbon dioxide bubbles. This is designed to create the illusion of frying.
The bath water will then turn an orange hue (to imitate hot oil) and your bathroom will be filled with the scent of KFC’s secret mix.
Sadly, for those hoping to get their hands on the drumstick-shaped bath bombs you’re out of luck.

KFC is only offering their latest invention to 100 people based in Japan in a competition running from the 1 November to 15 November.
So for those of us who can’t participate, maybe Lush is the best shout for a bath bomb or two this winter…
