Kate and William 'will spend Christmas at Sandringham' with Harry and Meghan
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be spending Christmas at Sandringham with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the rest of the Royal Family, that’s according to The Mail.
There were claims that the couples would not be together for the annual church service on Christmas Day, with reports that Kate and William would be going to the Middleton family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire instead.
But a source told The Mail: “Reports regarding Christmas are wrong. Everyone is in Norfolk this year.”
It comes after rumours of a feud between Kate and Meghan, with sources speaking of tensions between the duchesses, as well as brothers William and Harry.
It’s been fuelled by the news that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are moving from Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor in the new year.
Kensington Palace were also forced to deny reports of a row between Meghan and Kate before the royal wedding in May.
According to The Sun, the Duchess of Cambridge is said to have told Meghan not to berate members of her team.
Kate was also apparently “left in tears” after a “stressful” fitting for Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress.
But in response to claims of a row, a Kensington Palace spokeman told The Sun: “This never happened.”
The couples were last seen together at the Remembrance Sunday services at the beginning of November but their schedules this year mean they haven’t had many opportunities to work together.
Kate gave birth to her third child Prince Louis in April and returned from maternity leave in October. They all attended Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding on 12 October, before Meghan and Harry flew to Australia for the start of their royal tour.
If Meghan’s baby is due in spring 2019, she is possibly halfway through her pregnancy and after her hectic tour schedule, she’s likely to be taking some down time.
William and Kate have been upping their royal duties of late, with visits to Yorkshire, Leicester and the BBC in recent weeks.
