Duchess of Cambridge looks lovely in lavender on final day of royal tour
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted boarding a train to Hamburg this morning as they prepare for a celebration of the UK-German year of science.
Kate arrived in another stand-out look; this time, opting for a less bold lavender dress by favoured British designer Emilia Wickstead.
The long-sleeved shift dress appears to have been custom-made and was paired with nude court shoes and a contrasting red leather clutch.
The Duchess’ only jewels came in the form of her sparkling engagement ring and a pair of lavender amethyst Kiki McDonough earrings reportedly worth almost £4000.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte were nowhere to be seen as the royals greeted the crowd at Berlin’s main station.
The couple will spend time in Hamburg’s Maritime Museum before heading to hear a performance by the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra.
They will then take a tour of the Airbus headquarters before joining their children and boarding a private plane back to the UK.
The tour, which has lasted five days and has seen the royal family travel across both Poland and Germany, has given us some great looks from Kate including bold numbers by Alexander McQueen and lots of stand-out prints.
