Friday Night Highlights: Football scores, stats, recaps from District One, 12 playoffs
Here are the PIAA District One football playoff pairings with final scores, stats, game recaps, photos and highlight videos involving Bucks County area teams.
District One football playoffs
Class 6A first round Nov. 1-2
(1) Central Bucks South 49, (16) Spring-Ford 7: Titans seniors Matt Harmon and Owen Pinkerton each scored two touchdowns. Harmon opened the scoring with an 85-yard interception return for a TD, then later caught a 16-yard pass from quarterback Pinkerton. Pinkerton added a pair of touchdowns runs. Sophomore running back Braylen Cape rushed 14 times for 147 yards and a touchdown, while senior Austin White returned an interception 43 yards to close out South's scoring. Sophomore Gavin Graham contributed a 7-yard touchdown run.
(8) Plymouth Whitemarsh 33, (9) Souderton 14: The visiting Big Red couldn't overcome six turnovers. Souderton junior quarterback Ben Walsh and junior fullback Michael McCormick each scored on 1-yard runs.
(4) North Penn 24, (13) Ridley 14: Knights junior quarterback Matt Bucksar threw a pair of touchdown passes — 24 yards on a tipped ball to junior Mason Franek and 11 yards to senior tight end Aidan Eves. Senior fullback Christian Johns-Wallace's 1-yard TD run started the scoring and senior Ryan Bocklet kicked a 36-yard field goal. Junior Matt Pownall rushed for over 200 yards and had an interception.
(5) Haverford 56, (12) Quakertown 0: Fords running back Liam Taylor accumulated 200 rushing yards on 17 carries and four touchdowns as the hosts built a 42-0 halftime lead. Quakertown drove to the Haverford 13-yard line while only trailing 7-0 before turning the ball over late in the first quarter.
(2) Downingtown West 28, (15) Coatesville 21
(7) Owen J. Roberts 38, (10) Neshaminy 24: Junior running back Carter Clee had touchdowns of 4 and 5 yards for Neshaminy, which trailed 14-0 five minutes into the game. Neshaminy added a safety on a kickoff. Junior quarterback Mike Eckart also ran for a score.
(3) Central Bucks West 17, (14) Pennsbury 0: Senior Ryan Clemens rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown, in addition to kicking a field goal. Senior Vance Morelli contributed a TD run. The Bucks' defense limited Pennsbury's ground-and-pound attack to 19 rushing yards.

District One Class 2A championship game Nov. 1
(1) Bristol 36, (2) New Hope-Solebury 0: Warriors junior quarterback Brady Slate carried seven times for 94 yards and a touchdown while throwing a TD pass. Junior Braylen Williams (eight attempts, 137 yards) had a touchdown, along with six tackles (one for loss). Senior Trae Anthony (nine carries, 101 yards) had a TD, as did junior Kyleal Cottrell, who also had an interception and an 82-yard kickoff return. Senior Kyree Williams caught a 12-yard touchdown pass and made eight tackles. Bristol's defense produced have three fourth-down stops and two successful goal-line stands.
District One/12 championship Nov. 8
Lansdale Catholic at Bristol, 7 p.m.
District One Class A championship game Nov. 1
(1) Morrisville 21, (2) Jenkintown 16: Bulldogs senior quarterback Ky’iere Rankins connected with sophomore Merik Johnson on a 41-yard touchdown pass and senior Raymond Holman, the school's career rushing leader with 4,152 yards, ran 17 times for 159 yards, recording TDs of 21 and 42 yards. Holman also had seven tackles, including a sack. Junior Alex Brown contributed nine tackles and caught a 2-point conversion pass. Morrisville earned repeat district titles for the first time in school history.

Bonner-Prendergast 49, Archbishop Wood 14: Senior running back Yasin Lowry scored a rushing touchdown for the Vikings.
PCL Class 3A championship Nov. 1
Conwell-Egan 21, Neumann-Goretti 0: CEC sophomore quarterback Aubrey Kimbrough threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to junior Abu Fofana on fourth-and-6 to open the scoring. Senior Monty Zoryea scored on an 8-yard run and sophomore Sakai Hall added a TD run. The Eagles' defense was stellar, with senior Chase Walters (2.5 sacks) and the line playing especially well. Senior linebacker Colin Walker had two tackles for loss and a fumble recovery.
District 12 3A title game Nov. 9
Conwell-Egan vs. Simon Gratz, noon at South Philly Supersite
Class 2A championship Nov. 2
Lansdale Catholic 42, Kipp DuBois 14: Crusaders junior quarterback Boa Cobbold threw two touchdown passes to junior James Webb. Sophomore John Cobbold and junior Nick O'Brien each scored two rushing TDs for LC.
District 11 2A quarterfinal playoffs Nov. 2
