Stacey Solomon praised for sharing 'natural' post-baby bikini photo

Stacey Solomon has been praised by fans for sharing a bikini snapshot revealing her natural post-baby body, while taking her baby swimming for the first time.

Since welcoming baby Rex with boyfriend Joe Swash in May, the mum-of-three has been keeping it real by sharing the rollercoaster of motherhood with her followers.

Having opened up about her breastfeeding journey, her concerns about leaving the house with a new baby and the stretch marks on her chest, the third-time-mum has now revealed her joy about taking her youngest swimming.

Appearing to share a natural shot without any of the pre-meditated angles often witnessed on Instagram, the ‘Loose Women’ star wore a black and white striped two-piece and couldn't stop smiling as she held her youngest son beside the pool.

In the accompanying caption, Solomon wrote: "My little water baby Rex has his first swimming lesson today and he loved it (thank goodness because I was panicking the whole time).

"I’ve got to admit the bit where they ask you to dunk them in the water sent me over the edge with fear but he didn’t mind it at all! We worry for them don’t we? The fear is never ending. Happy Monday Everyone."

Her followers were quick to comment on how great Solomon looks and thank her for sharing a true-to-life depiction of new motherhood.

“You look beautiful and thank you for making my mummy tummy isn’t as gross as I feel,” one woman commented.

Stacey isn’t the only new mum who has been praised for embracing their post-baby body.

Earlier this year fitness star Emilly Skye, proudly revealed how carrying a child has changed her body and influenced her confidence.

In an inspiring post on Instagram, the 34-year-old personal trainer showed off the “wrinkly tummy” on her “real” post-baby figure in a mirror selfie while wearing a red crop top and denim shorts.

And back in June, Kate Upton took to Instagram to show off her poolside style seven months after giving birth to her first child.

The 26-year-old model and actress looked amazing in a black one-piece bathing suit, airy pink floral kimono, oversized sunglasses and a hat, while posing on the balcony of her hotel in Miami, Florida.

Fans couldn’t get enough of the star’s sultry pose, with husband Justin Verlander leaving some love on the photo, commenting, “One hot mamma!”

Diane Kruger was also praised for proudly flaunting her post-pregnancy body in a bikini just four months after giving birth to her first child.
