While Salma Hayek’s custom Gucci gown at the Golden Globe Awards last week did all the talking, it was her subtle nude lipstick that caught the eye of beauty fans.
The actor’s make-up was the work of British cosmetics queen Charlotte Tilbury, who debuted a new, warm, berry-pink lip colour on the 53-year-old from her best-selling Pillow Talk range.
The covetable lipstick shade is now finally available to buy.
Hayek wore the new ‘Medium’ Pillow Talk shade, which is one of two new, deeper shades that are designed to make your lips look fuller and wider within seconds.
As with the original Pillow Talk lipstick, the colour flatters all skin tones, but according to the website, looks “extra dreamy on medium skin tones”.
Tilbury also used the co-ordinating Pillow Talk Medium Lip Pencil to help outline Hayek’s lips for a fuller-looking pout.
The two new deeper berry shades Medium and Intense are sure to be in high demand as one original Pillow Talk Matte Lipstick sold every 1.4 minutes in 2019, while a Pillow Talk Lip Pencil sold every 1.7 minutes.
The lipstick wasn’t only debuted by Hayek at the red carpet event: Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips were just a few of the other stars to wear the iconic lip colour that night.
The new lipsticks are also joined by five other new Pillow Talk hued products, including a Cheek to Chic Blusher, Instant Eye Palette and Pillow Talk Eye Liner - all of which were also used to create Hayek’s glamorous red carpet look.
