Prince George has written an adorable letter to Santa
Prince William has revealed what Prince George wants for Christmas.
The 35-year-old royal is currently in Finland and just happened to come across Santa in a Christmas market in Helsinki.
On seeing the festive figure, William said: “I’ve seen you and I had to give you this letter” before handing Father Christmas a handwritten letter from Prince George himself.
The four-year-old apparently only wants a police car for Christmas this year, leaving the other four boxes empty.
He also circled that he had been “nice” instead of naughty.
“He hasn’t written down many requests, so I think one request is probably okay,” William said to the Finnish Santa.
Prince George is apparently a keen fan of Christmas (although what child isn’t?). Last year, William revealed George had started opening his Christmas presents a week before the big day.
Radio presenter AJ King met the royal at a charity event, later saying: “I had a really nice chat with Prince William who told me that this was their last week at work, as it were, before Christmas. He said they were all really excited about it and that George is already opening his presents. He thought it quite funny. That’s kids for you, even the ones that are princes!”
The royal family spend Christmas with the Queen at Sandringham in Norfolk. The three-day celebrations are strictly timetabled including a rather short 50 minutes for the all-important dinner, time for dog walking and of course, the annual church service.
