Prince William jokes about noisy Prince George
It sounds like the Cambridge household is about to get a whole lot noisier after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were presented with brass whistles for Prince George and Princess Charlotte during a public engagement on Wednesday (22 November).
Prince William appeared to imply that a rowdy George would probably end up making the most out of the gift.
The royal couple - who are currently expecting their third child - were in Birmingham for a series of engagements which included a tour of Acme Whistles, where they were given a bag full of gifts.
Prince William joked that they'd never have peace again as soon as four-year-old George got his hands on the whistles, saying (via Hello!): "Don’t show that to George; we'll never get any peace!"
Kate was also given a plastic slide whistle, which are the type of whistles that were used to make the sound in the children's TV show The Clangers.
The Duke and Duchess also visited Aston Villa Football Club - William is a well-known supporter of the club - and were informed of how the Coach Core programme was being implemented in the club.
They also spoke with local children who were taking part in training sessions with Coach Core apprentices and tutors, and Kate looked like she was having a lot of fun with a young boy playing tennis.
Kate appears to be recovering after suffering from severe morning sickness, and recently revealed she was well enough to take George on the school run - he started at Thomas' in Battersea in September.
The royal admitted that it was still tough to leave George at the school gates, but she was slowly getting used to it.
