Public Service Announcement: Marks & Spencer has launched a massive 1kg jar of Percy Pigs.
Bringing a sugary hit to office party celebrations since 1992, the iconic jelly sweets are about to make 2020 that little bit more bearable now they’re available to stock up on in a jumbo jar.
Priced at £15 each, the glass jars are jam-packed full of the piggy-shaped sweets, giving you the option to share, should you choose to do so, (zero judgement here).
Previously, if you wanted to chow down on a kilogram’s worth of Percy Pigs, you’d have to buy six individual 170kg packets.
So being able to buy a massive jar of the sweet treats is an absolute revelation and would make the ultimate gift for the Percy Pig fans among us, which – let’s face it – is most of us.

When your jar of Percy Pigs is empty, M&S suggests you can pop a night light inside to create a magical decoration.
The classic pig-shaped sweet has become such an institution, it has spawned a whole spectrum of Percy-themed products.
Earlier this year we saw the highly anticipated launch of Percy Pig-flavoured ice-cream and there’s now also a Percy Pig dessert sauce, which can be squeezed over breakfast pancakes or, in fact, ice cream. Double hit of the sweet stuff, anyone?
We’ve also had the opportunity to try out other members of the family, from Percy’s piglets to his parents, all with slightly differing flavours to the original.

Just recently the multi-coloured rainbow sweets let their tails down with the arrival of Party Percy Pigs, which switched up Percy's classic raspberry and grape flavour for a lucky dip of six different fruity flavours.
Right now we’re thanking our lucky stars we’re still working from home and don’t have to share the 1kg jar with our colleagues.
Greedy? Us?
