Kim Kardashian poses in teeny black bikini: How does she stay in shape?
Kim Kardashian has shared new images of herself wearing bikinis from her shapewear brand Skims, revealing her legendary figure in (almost) full.
In the first snap, the 41-year-old can be seen in a black 'Micro Cording String Triangle Bra' and 'Micro Cording Dip String Thong', holding a black heart featuring the brand logo above her head.
In the second, she's wearing a pink 'Micro Cording V Crop Top' and 'Micro Cording V Cheeky Bikini' bottoms, holding a black heart-shaped balloon.
She captioned the post, "Happy Valentine's Day", with fans commenting, "I have never seen her in better shape", "Gorgeous", and "Beautiful".
But how does the reality star and entrepreneur, who also has her own beauty brand alongside studying law and being a Mum of four, manage to stay in shape?
Her trainer Melissa Alcantara, or @fitgurlmel, who shares her own motivational fitness journey on social media, told Women's Health last year: "Her schedule is crazy, and mine is also crazy, so we work out really early in the morning at 6 a.m."
She also has a heavy focus on resistance training. Alcantara said, "Eight-five percent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio."

She also previously told Women's Health that Kardashian's commitment is a big part of it, saying, "It’s just her drive. She's like, ‘I have to work out, this is part of my life.' It’s all about the mindset."
This regime might have intensified even more, as Kardashian more recently told Vogue that she eats a plant-based diet and rises daily for a 5.30 am workout, typically after five hours sleep, reportedly her 'baseline' to function. She also said she's in "best shape of my life" at the moment – which her recent post only backs up.
Kim's figure is so recognisable that even when she wore a full body-covering gown, and masked face to the Met Gala, it was obvious who was walking the red carpet.

Fashion designer Demna told Vogue the mask was “conceptually speaking, quite important. People would know instantly it was Kim because of her silhouette. They wouldn’t even need to see her face, you know? And I think that’s the whole power of her celebrity, that people wouldn’t need to see her face to know it’s her.”

Her plan for her 40s has fitness strictly on the list, balanced with other things that will 'bring her joy'.
“My 40s are about being Team Me. I’m going to eat well. I’m going to work out," she said. "I’m going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy. I’m going to put my phone down. Unfollow if I don’t want to see something on Instagram."
