Sportswear genius Astrid Andersen let her devoted followers know that it’s okay to show off your belly button.
Her safari-themed collection saw sweaty models don cropped logo hoodies with lightweight tracksuits in white and jungle green.
Cottweiler too got in on the somewhat strange trend, taking us to a barren landscape full of survival wear.
Bright orange life jackets had been sliced into cropped versions while long-sleeved anoraks were shortened just a little.
Bobby Abley also included this cropped burgundy hoodie in his SS18 collection.
If the fashion world says it’s a thing, it’s a thing. Time to get your scissors out.
