Get set for Christmas: Costa's festive menu has landed
It isn’t Christmas until a millennial has Instagrammed their first festive coffee cup of the season and thanks to Costa, we can kick-start the celebrations sooner than anticipated.
The high street coffee chain has revealed its 2018 Christmas menu and regulars will be pleased to learn that some familiar favourites have made a comeback.
Yes, everyone’s go-to Gingerbread and Cream Latte will return this season alongside the Black Forest Hot Chocolate. While a whole host of new flavours are set to raise the bar for rival Starbucks with Caramelised Orange Hot Chocolate and Hazelnut Praline Hot Chocolate (served with a whip of fresh cream) joining the festive line-up.
Coffee connoisseurs will also be able to choose the all-new limited edition blend, Winter Character Roast, which features winter berries, dark cocoa and spices – a roast that can be used in any choice of beverage.
Costa will also serve up drinks in teal, bronze, purple and red festive cups from October 29.

But if that isn’t enough to tempt even the greatest of Scrooges amongst us, then Costa’s new range of Christmas grub sure will.
You can join us in a sigh of relief as the coffee giant’s now-famous Pigs Tucked Under Blankets and Brie, Bacon and Cranberry paninis are back by popular demand this year while a moreish newbies have been added to the list.
The humble prawn cocktail sandwich is a must for those tempted by a carby twist on the festive starter while the Turkey and Emmenthal Shimmer Brioche is packed with turkey, maple smoked bacon, cheese, stuffing and a spiced date BBQ sauce.

Worried about too many pre-Christmas treats? The coffee branch is also set to launch its ‘Little Luxuries’ line which includes small but mighty cups of chocolate and caramel weighing in at under 200 calories.
