'Thor: Love And Thunder' to reportedly have 'Avengers 5' level cast
Thor: Love And Thunder is allegedly going to feature such a large ensemble that it has been likened to Avengers 5.
That’s according to sources close to The Hollywood Reporter, who told the publication that the film is scheduled to start production in Australia in January.
Which suggests that we’re going to see many more superheroes in the blockbuster than we originally anticipated. At the moment, the cast for the film includes Chris Hemsworth, who will be reprising his role as the titular superhero, as will Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and co-writer and director Taika Waititi as Korg.

Christian Bale will also feature in a mysterious role, with Natalie Portman returning to the fold as Jane Foster, too. This time around, though, she will be playing Mighty Thor, after Foster takes on similar powers to Thor.

It has also been reported that the Guardians Of The Galaxy will feature in the film, which isn’t that much of a surprise when you consider that Avengers: Endgame concluded with Thor joining them on their ship.
The Hollywood Reporter didn’t just provide an update on Thor: Love And Thunder, though.
They also alleged that the sequel to Black Panther is due to begin shooting in July, too. The blockbuster was originally supposed to start production in March, 2021. But the sudden death of Chadwick Boseman in August after his courageous battle with cancer meant that filming was pushed back indefinitely.

It has also been reported that Tenoch Huerta, who previously appeared in Narcos: Mexico, will be joining the cast of the film, which is still untitled.
