These are the guys you want on the field when the game is on the line. Their clutch performances can make or break a Friday night for any team in Pennsylvania high school football.
We rank the kickers and punters in the Bucks County area who will keep us on our toes as the PIAA 2024-25 football season gets underway Aug. 23. Their skill and nerves of steel could make for some memorable moments on the field.
Here's the Courier Times and The Intelligencer's ranking of the area's best:
Best PA high school football kickers and punters in the Bucks County area for 2024
1. Ryan Bocklet, North Penn
A first-team Suburban One League National Conference pick at kicker and punter last season, the senior connected on five field goals with three coming from over 40 yards.
2. Kaden Nicastro, Neshaminy
A three-year starter, this senior was a second-team Suburban One League National Conference pick at punter last season. He made 25 of 25 PATs, five field goals and averaged over 37 yards a punt as a junior.
3. Johnny Austerberry, Conwell-Egan
A three-year starter at punter and kicker, the senior was a second-team Philadelphia Catholic League Blue Division selection at kicker as a junior.
4. Colson Grim, Germantown Academy
This senior possesses a booming leg as a punter and kicker with tremendous range.
