Joe Buck disgusted by missed extra point by Bills kicker Tyler Bass

Tyler Bass's game-winning, 61-yard field goal against the Miami Dolphins was a boost of confidence for the maligned kicker.

Tyler Bass needs to start fishing for compliments.

The Buffalo Bills kicker was ridiculed for his missed extra point attempt against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.

"No chance," ESPN play-by-play announced Joe Buck said on the call. "I've seen better kicks than that on College GameDay. What the heck was that?"

"That looks like my 4-iron, Peyton," Bill Belichick joked on the ManningCast broadcast on ESPN2.

New York's Quinnen Williams was initially credited with a blocked kick. The kick was changed to wide left without a block.

Bass has two missed extra points this season.

It got worse for Bass.

He pushed a 47-yard field goal attempt wide right on the first possession of the second half. Bass has made 8 of 11 field goal tries this season.

Bass is in the second year of a four-year, $20.4 million contract. He's connected on 84.6% of his career field goal attempts but went 2 of 5 in the playoffs last year.
