Florida State football offensive lineman Richie Leonard IV OUT vs. SMU
Florida State football offensive lineman Richie Leonard IV is out vs. SMU.
The senior has played in all four games this season for the Seminoles (1-3) in his first year since transferring from Florida.
He started last week in FSU's 14-9 win over Cal, but he will miss action against the Mustangs (3-1) on the road.
The Seminoles' offensive line has struggled with injuries this season. Jeremiah Byers, Robert Scott Jr. and Darius Washington have all missed action at some point this season. Byers hasn't played since the season opener against Georgia Tech.
Norvell said earlier this week that Byers and Scott were working towards being available for the game against SMU and the duo could play Saturday night.
FSU vs. SMU will kick off at 8 p.m. at Gerald J. Ford Stadium.
