What channel is FSU women-Alabama NCAA Tournament game on today? Time, TV schedule
The Florida State women's basketball team begins March Madness this evening in a matchup that would fit right into college football season.
No. 9 seed FSU faces No. 8 seed Alabama in the first round of the women's NCAA Tournament. The winner advances to face No. 1 Texas on Sunday.
The Seminoles (23-10) finished the season 9-3 after struggling in January. Coached by Brooke Wyckoff, FSU boasts the No. 19 scoring offense in the nation (78.6 points per game), led by the All-ACC tandem of sophomore guard Ta'Niya Latson and junior forward Makayla Timpson. An injury forced Latson to miss last season's NCAA Tournament, which ended with a first-round loss to Georgia.
