Game time set for FSU vs. Alabama in 2024 Women’s NCAA Tournament opener
The Florida State women's basketball team knows when and where it's starting its 2024 NCAA Tournament run.
The Seminoles will take on Alabama Friday at Moody Arena in Austin, Texas.
FSU hopes for a longer stay in March Madness than last season, when it bowed out in the first round.
Led by coach Brooke Wyckoff, this year's Seminoles went 23-10 and reached the ACC Tournament semifinals.
FSU boasts two players on the All-ACC First Team: sophomore guard Ta'Niya Latson, who is 14th in the nation with 21.2 points per game, and junior forward Makayla Timpson, who averaged a double-double with 14.1 points and 10 rebounds per game.
