Bills vs. Seahawks injury update: Buffalo may not have to face NFL's second-leading receiver
Three Buffalo Bills players left with injuries and did not return in the comeback victory over the Tennessee Titans.
It's unknown if linebackers Terrel Bernard and Dorian Williams, or wide receiver Curtis Samuel will be available in Week 8. Buffalo travels to play the Seattle Seahawks at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott did not provide additional updates on the players' statuses Monday.
"We'll see how they do," McDermott said. "See how the week transpires with all three of those guys."
Buffalo got running back James Cook and defensive tackle Ed Oliver back last week. Cook missed one game with a toe injury and Oliver sat out two games with a hamstring injury.
In addition to injuries, edge rusher Von Miller is serving the final game of a four-game suspension. He's eligible to return to the team Oct. 2.
Seattle may be without star receiver DK Metcalf, who is "week to week" after an MCL sprain forced him to be carted off the field Sunday.
NFL teams have to submit a report on practice participation on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for a Sunday game. There are three levels of practice participation that can be designated: did not participate, limited participation and full participation.
A game status report is due by 5 p.m. Friday for Sunday games.
Here is the Bills vs. Seahawks injury report for Week 7:
Buffalo Bills injury update for Week 8
Terrel Bernard, LB, ankle/pectoral
Terrel Bernard suffered two injuries in the Week 7 victory against the Tennessee Titans. Bernard was playing his third straight game after missing Weeks 3 and 4 with a pectoral strain.
He was evaluated for a concussion in the second quarter and returned to the field to start the second half. Bernard injured his right ankle in the third quarter. Bernard's foot was stepped on by offensive lineman Dillon Radunz as he rushed the quarterback. He went down on his back and grabbed his right ankle after the play. Bernard walked off with athletic trainers and went into the medical tent. He jogged and stretched on the sideline before the fourth quarter to test his ankle, but walked to the locker room and was downgraded to out for the remainder of the game.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott said the team is "waiting for further evaluations" on Bernard and wide receiver Curtis Samuel.
Status: Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. Ruled out for the Seahawk game on Friday.

Dorian Williams, LB, knee
Dorian Williams injured his knee midway through the fourth quarter against the Titans in Week 7. He leaped over the line of scrimmage attempting to make a stop on a fourth-and-1 running play. Williams remained in a seated position on the turf momentarily. He was ruled probably to return but didn't come back into the game.
Status: Limited participant Wednesday, full practice on Thursday

This was the last play for Williams, was ruled probable to return.
Hard to see, looks like he gets L knee hit late, can see his head go back in pain.

Curtis Samuel, WR, pectoral
Curtis Samuel injured his shoulder in the first quarter in Week 7. He was later ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Samuel began a play in motion out of the backfield on the Bills' second possession. Josh Allen's pass intended for Samuel was tipped at the line of scrimmage. Samuel got turned around, reaching for the ball with his right arm before tumbling onto his right side. Samuel made it to the sideline but went down on a knee and was looked at by medical trainers before going into the medical tent. He headed to the locker room with a trainer and did not return.
Status: Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. Ruled out for the Seahawk game on Friday.

Metcalf attempted to make a leaping catch along the left sideline late in the third quarter but was undercut by Atlanta safety Justin Simmons. Metcalf was carted off the field and did not return.
Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald confirmed Metcalf has a "minor MCL" sprain and said the team would know more after tests during the week.
"You guys know DK. We know DK," Macdonald said. "He's going to do anything humanly possible to try and be able to play in this game, I would imagine."
Metcalf is second in the NFL with 568 receiving yards and is tied for 11th with 35 receptions.
