Welsh BBC Morning Live star says ‘it’s never easy’ as she opens up about emotional mental health journey
A BBC Morning Live presenter has candidly and movingly opened up about their mental health, in an emotional segment for the show. Justine Jones, who appears on Morning Live which is co-hosted by fellow Welsh star Gethin Jones, has spoken publicly about her experience with panic attacks.
Posting to her Instagram story before the segment aired on Morning Live on Friday, November 15, Justine said "It's never easy" and that she hopes to bring comfort to others who have panic attacks. She said: "Tomorrow on @bbcmorninglive is a film that I made with the brilliant ML team which is very personal to me.
"I hope it brings awareness and comfort and understanding to anyone going through the same as I have. It's never easy showing vulnerability especially on tv but it's been good to look back to see how far I have come. If I can help another person in the process then it's all been worth it."
