Kerry Katona has revealed that she has split from her fiancé Ryan Mahoney, admitting she is 'struggling' as she processes the breakdown of their six-year relationship. Taking to her weekly column, the mother-of-five - who last week said the pair were working through things - shared that Ryan has now moved out of their Cheshire mansion after a breach of trust happened between them.

While things are currently on the rocks, Kerry, 44, hasn't lost hope for a reconciliation and admitted she is still 'very in love' with the fitness trainer. Amid the romantic turmoil, there is one glimmer of positivity for Kerry this week, as her mum has finally been released from hospital after a major health scare.

Here, Kerry opens up about her tumultuous week and gives a candid insight into her relationship...

It's over

Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house. We are no longer together and It’s been a really tough week - I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.. I don’t know if we’ll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much. I feel like everything has heaped on recently and it’s so much to deal with, I am really struggling. But I know I can get through it no matter what happens, I’ve been through break-ups before and come out the other side, so we just need to see what happens.

Time with friends

My best friend Danielle Brown came to stay for a sleepover last week when I told her what had been going on, she knew I needed support and jumped in her car, which I really appreciate. We had a really nice night and I let it all out to her, she put a smile on my face too which was so appreciated! This weekend I’m going to take Max along with me to watch Macclesfield FC with my friend Rob and his wife, who own the club. They’re so lovely and want to get me out of the house, which is needed.

I’m A Celeb

I’m A Celeb has started and I’m completely rooting for Coleen Rooney, I think she’s amazing and will surprise people with how tough she is. I’ve always liked Coleen and loved her Wagatha Christie documentary, so I think she’ll come across really well. I did drop her a message before she went in the jungle, but I think she was sworn to secrecy. I’m also excited to watch Melvin Odoom, he hosted Celeb Cooking School when i was on it and is such a nice guy. I think Barry McGuigan will be a good laugh too and Danny Jones will be great.

Mum’s home

My mum is finally out of hospital and back home, which is such a relief. She has four cares looking after her and still has blood clots, those are something she needs to live with now. She has been given a Zimmer frame and has a bar on her bed etc, so she’s got everything she needs. She’s doing really well and I am so relieved she’s back home, there was a point where I didn’t think she would get there. I do feel guilty that I’ve not spent as much time with her this week, but I’ve had to be at home for the kids, it’s so hard to find balance.

Working on myself

I mentioned in last week’s column that I had a lot of things to work through, including my husband George’s death in 2019. So, this week I am going to some therapy to try and work through some of these issues, I really want to work on myself and take action. I do feel like it’s been such an emotional time recently and none of that has helped my relationship with Ryan either. I haven’t been sleeping or eating properly the last couple of weeks and it’s just all got on top of me, but therapists Nik and Eva Speakman have been supporting me and are helping out. They are amazing.
