Could squiggly eyebrows be the latest bizarre beauty trend?
If you thought that feather brows were a little bit out there, then nothing will prepare you for this one: squiggle eyebrows. It’s a dramatic step away from natural brows that might be about to sweep Instagram — at least according to Promise Tamang, a beauty blogger known as the “transformation queen” for her otherworldly looks.
Tamang posted a photo of her creation last week with the caption “New Brow trend??? When you’re tired of being basic. Somebody dare me to go out like this.”

And whether or not she did end up going out like that, it’s been a hit, with the post getting more than 20,000 likes and plenty of comments.
“I strangely really like those eyebrows,” one person wrote. “Gotta give them a try myself!”
“You’re so good i’m jealous,” said another.
Others aren’t digging the brows, exactly, but are pretty big fans of her handiwork elsewhere: “Not sure about the brows but the lips look amazing,” wrote another.

Tamang told Popsugar that she was inspired by a photo she’d seen to which the unique brows had been digitally added.
But to get the real-life look, she used PVA glue to flatten her brow hair — covering it with concealer and pressed powders — before drawing on the squiggles with black gel liner that’d been mixed with brow pomade.
Your look for next Saturday night, right?
