Sex guru pensioner, 73, spent lockdown helping couples improve their love lives
A pensioner who works as a sex guru has spent lockdown helping couples reignite their love lives.
Stella Ralfini, 73, from Hereford, is a lovemaking expert who runs ‘Love Camp’ sex workshops, offering one on one sessions with couples hoping to revive the passion in their relationship.
Ralfini says her philosophy is to ensure clients see sex as just one part of their relationship.
"Lovemaking isn’t just sex," she explains. "It is the little things that partners forget to do, such as run a hot bath with candles or give one another a massage.
"I have worked with couples whose relationships are falling apart and their sex lives are not satisfactory".
Ralfini says her age doesn't negatively affect her work, if anything it could be viewed as a benefit, as younger couples see her as a "wise and experienced educator".
Ralfini's classes focus on everything but penetration.
"Men and women are completely different – we have different needs," she explains. "A woman needs so much more than sex. She needs a tender loving touch. It doesn’t always have to be penetration."

According to the tantric expert, the most common complaint she sees from women is that their partners rush through sex and don’t focus on their pleasure, while men typically are unhappy with the frequency of sex.
“I train men to be a better lover by understanding how the female mind works," she explains.
“Women complain they don’t enjoy sex as it may be rushed or the man is only in it to pleasure himself.
“And men complain they don’t get enough."

Ralfini teaches neo-tantra, which is a modernised version of the traditional tantra school of thought.
The lovemaking educator describes it as "down to earth, flirty and playful" and says her classes involve live demonstrations on how to get closer to your partner.
“I am able to teach couples without seeing their private parts and whilst I am fully clothed," she says.
“The exercises include exploring and practising lovemaking techniques.
“Some couples could be together for years yet have no idea their partner has freaky fantasies.
“I give them the confidence to speak about them and give them instructions in erotic neo-tantra massages.
“They learn how to become better humans and lovers."

One couple from Suffolk praised Ralfini’s 'Love Camp' for re-igniting the fire in their relationship.
Mum-of-two, Sue, said: “After 15 years together, life gets in the way and the spark fades.
“After three sessions with Stella, we feel much closer together and our sex life has definitely improved.
“We have become more conscious of setting aside time for sex and having it more frequently.
“My husband Mark, 59, and I have rekindled how we both felt during the early stages.”
For Ralfini knowing she has helped sexually liberate couples through her classes is rewarding.
“The feedback I receive is outstanding," she explains. "Women tend to say they feel orgasmic and tell me about the wonderful sessions with their husband," she continues.
“It makes me feel amazing knowing I can improve people’s sex lives.”
