Samantha Markle could make £100,000 off royal baby

They may not have spoken for at least ten years, but Samantha Markle is reportedly set to make at least £100,000 from Meghan Markle’s baby.

Despite the Duchess of Sussex blasting her half-sister in a letter, which was revealed by their father, Thomas Markle, it seems it’s still full steam ahead for Samantha’s money-making plans.

According to The Mirror, the 54-year-old has signed up for two documentaries about her sister and will earn a pretty penny from interviews in the coming months.

Samantha, who has been publicly bashing Meghan since she became a member of the royal family, is also in the midst of writing a tell-all book, called ‘In the Shadows of the Duchess’, which is due to be released in April, around the same time the royal baby is due.

The book will no doubt see Samantha take to numerous chat shows to promote it, raking in a tonne of cash in the process.

“Samantha has every right to celebrate the birth of her niece or nephew in spring and will talk about her connection to Meghan, as they are family,” a source told The Mirror.

“She has never been given a penny by Meghan so she has every right to earn her own money in this way.”

Samantha’s latest attack

Over the weekend, a letter Meghan wrote to her father, Thomas Markle, was revealed in the Mail on Sunday, where she begged her family to stop victimising her in interviews.

“On a daily basis you fixated and clicked on the lies they were writing about me, especially those manufactured by your other daughter, who I barely know,” Meghan wrote in the letter.

“You watched me silently suffer at the hands of your vicious lies. I crumbled inside.”

However, Samantha hit back at her half-sister’s comments on Twitter, claiming the Duchess’ letter is ‘fake’.

“She can write all the fake, contrived letters she wants to show off her penmanship but that’s all it is,” she posted.

“Nobody lied about her, she lied about everyone and there’s plenty of proof out there in the world has seen her ghost everyone, this little letter does not fix what the world witnessed.”

“Some narcissists were ‘only children’, others… wish they were.”

Estranged siblings

It’s believed that the former Suits actress and her half-sister Samantha haven’t spoken for the past ten years.

Samantha has publicly called her a “self-obsessed” social climber and even branded her husband, Prince Harry ‘arrogant’

It’s claimed by the Daily Mail that the Duchess burst into tears when she heard of Samantha’s plans to release a book, as she thought she was being ‘taken advantage of’.
