Prince Harry shares birthday message to 'amazing wife' Meghan Markle
The Duke of Sussex posted a personal message for the duchess on their Instagram account to mark her 38th birthday.
The photo taken on the couple’s tour last year, shows Meghan in Tonga, wearing a blue Veronica Beard shirt dress.
The caption reads: “Wishing HRH The Duchess of Sussex a very Happy Birthday.”
But underneath Prince Harry, 34, added: ‘Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!’ - Love, H.’

The post, shared with their 9.2m followers, received more than 180,000 likes within an hour
The couple are expected to spend the day in private with their two-month-old son Archie Harrison, according to reports.
Last year for Meghan’s 37th birthday, she and Harry attended Charlie van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks’ wedding in Frensham, Surrey.

It’s been an exciting week for the duchess as she celebrated the release of British Vogue’s September issue, she guest edited.
She chose 15 inspirational women to be on the ‘Forces for Change’ cover and highlighted the work of one of her patronages Smart Works within the magazine.
British Vogue’s Editor-in-chief Edward Enninful was among those who commented on the Instagram post with “Happy Birthday Meghan.”
One of her best friends Jessica Mulroney also commented: “Happy birthday beautiful.”

On Twitter, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted a photo of them with Harry and Meghan in Sandringham at Christmas from their Kensington Royal account, with the message: “Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today!”
Meghan’s father-in-law Prince Charles and step-mother-in-law Camilla shared three photos with their tweet: “A very Happy Birthday to HRH The Duchess of Sussex.”

The Royal Family’s Twitter account also shared a message for the duchess: “Happy Birthday to The Duchess of Sussex. The Duchess was born on this day in 1981.”

Meghan Markle was born on 4 August 1981 in Los Angeles, to parents Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle.
She and Harry were married on 19 May 2018 at St George’s Chapel, Windsor and they welcomed their son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor on 6 May 2019.
