Prince George sports huge grin in fifth birthday photo
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released a new photo of Prince George, in celebration of his fifth birthday on Sunday 22 July 2018.
The image, showing the couple’s eldest son grinning in front of a brick wall, was taken at Clarence House on the day of Prince Louis’ christening earlier this month.
Matt Porteous, one of the official christening photographers, took the image.

William and Kate have released one or more photos of George every year since his birth – and Mr Porteous has taken a number of these, too.
George Alexander Louis of Cambridge is one of the Queen’s great-grandchildren and is third in line to the throne behind his father, Prince William, and grandfather, Prince Charles.
He, like his siblings, was born in the private Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London.
He arrived at at 4.24pm on 22 July 2013, weighing 8lb 6oz.
