Perrie Edwards’ personal trainer reveals the exercise routine that boosted her confidence
Perrie Edwards’ personal trainer has revealed details of the exercise routine the singer undertook before her Ibiza holiday.
The Little Mix singer, 27, took on personal trainer, Danielle Peazer’s DPM60 training programme ahead of her break.
The 60-day plan is a rather gruelling one.
Peazer admitted that Edwards “moaned” at the beginning of the programme but soon got into a rhythm, leaving her feeling more “motivated and confiden” as a result.
“So I had her doing a plank for two minutes, which is a very long time for anyone, Peazer explained to New! Magazine.
“She also did workouts when I wasn't there, which I was really impressed with.”

The DPM60 training programme features more than 100 different exercises and Peazer focused on abs and lower body work for Edwards’ routines since that’s what she “enjoyed the most”.
The 60-day guide is available for £19.99 and includes videos, a guide and nutritional plans to be done over the course of the two months.
It seemed Edwards also got a personal training regime on top of this, too.
Edwards enjoyed a post-lockdown break in Ibiza with boyfriend, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and some friends, giving her a chance to show off her new self-confidence.

This isn’t the first time that the Little Mix singer has been open about her body confidence.
The band pride themselves on giving fans the ability to be confident in their own skin and Edwards has always been at the helm of that.
In Instagram posts in the past she has spoken about the scar that runs horizontally on her stomach and which can be seen in her Ibiza photos.

In an old interview with Now Magazine, she said: “My [biggest body-hang up] is my scar on my stomach. When I was little, my oesophagus was too small, so I had to get it operated on to help me eat properly. I had to have lots of operations, so that's why I don't want to show it.”
Despite her initial reluctance, Edwards has become more open about showing off her scar in recent months, inspiring a whole generation of Little Mix fans to feel more confident in their skin.
One wrote: “Perrie (Little Mix) has given me motivation to show off my scar on my stomach like she does. Always so insecure about it but I shouldn't be.”
