Naomi Campbell reveals how she stays fit at 50 by sharing full home workout video
She may be 50 years old – but Naomi Campbell has proven she’s far fitter than most half her age.
The supermodel has surprised fans by sharing her full home workout routine in a post on Instagram.
Speaking directly to the camera from inside a well-equipped gym, the star – who is currently staying in Kenya – says: “Good morning! Rise and shine! Let’s work out!”
She then begins her exercise session with a warm-up, featuring high knees and high kicks, as well as, rather oddly, a COVID-19 test by someone in full PPE.
Viewers of the video – which has so far been watched more than 500,000 times – are then treated to Campbell demonstrating squats with a medicine ball, as well as planks and some intense moves with the TRX rope.
The star then slips on some boxing gloves and starts throwing some playful punches with a personal trainer.
Towards the end of the workout – which lasts around 30 minutes – she does leg lifts and leg cross-overs, before wrapping up with a series of stretches.
The clip went down well with her 10 million followers, who have left more than 43,000 ‘likes’ on the post.

Famous friends including the hairstylist Sam McKnight, model Linda Evangelista and swimwear designer Melissa Odabash left encouraging comments.
One fan wrote: “Killing it.”
Another shared: “You go girl!”
And a fourth added: “Inspired!”
Campbell seems keen to share her exercise journey with fans – she has also recently been posting video montages giving a taster of her workouts under the hashtag #FitnessWithNaomi.
As well as staying fit, she has been busy exploring Kenya, where she has been on holiday since before Christmas.
It was recently announced that the catwalk stalwart is the country’s new tourism ambassador.
Her appointment has generated a mixed response, with many arguing that the role should have gone to an international Kenyan star like Lupita Nyong’o.
