Meghan Markle's cannabis farmer nephew is honouring the royal wedding in a very unique way
Since news of her engagement to Prince Harry emerged, Meghan Markle‘s relatives seem to be reaping the rewards of their relation to the future royal.
While most might consider taking the ‘normal’ route and bag a book deal (such as Meghan’s half sister Samantha Markle with her upcoming book A Tale of Two Sisters), Meghan’s nephew is honouring his aunt’s big day in a far less conventional way: by farming a novelty batch of cannabis in her honour.
We told you it was unconventional.
Tyler Dooley – Meghan’s 25-year-old nephew who owns a (legal) cannabis farm in his home of Oregon – is planning to develop a “potent new hybrid strain of cannabis”, according to the Daily Mail.
And it’s name? Markle’s Sparkle.
Catchy.
Despite not receiving an invite to the wedding, Dooley told the paper that he’d be “more than happy” to offer the couple a sample of the batch should they choose to visit. What an image.

It’s worth noting that cannabis is still very much illegal in the UK, meaning you shouldn’t expect to see the royal household laying out samples of Markle’s Sparkle for guests at the couple’s St George’s Hall reception.
