Meghan Markle attends public yoga class with 60 strangers to get over jet lag in New York
She looked happy and relaxed as she supported her friend Serena Williams at the US Open last night.
And it has now been revealed that Meghan Markle’s glow could be the result of an impromptu yoga class she took just hours before arriving at the women’s final match in New York.
The Duchess of Sussex, 38, is reported to have attended a public yoga class with 60 strangers to get over her jet lag.
Prince Harry’s wife had taken a last-minute flight on Friday from the UK to the US to cheer on the American tennis star in person.

According to People, Meghan surprised locals by turning up at Modo Yoga studio in the West Village.
Those taking part in the class are said to have been “respectful” about the presence of the new royal mum, who gave birth to fourth-month-old son Archie in May.
“There were lots of sweet, knowing smiles,” a source told the magazine.
They revealed that the Duchess had been a regular at the studio for “many years”.

The session Meghan took part in - which cost approximately £19 and was held in a heated room - is said to be the “perfect remedy for jet lag”.
Modo Yoga has more than 70 global locations - however, unfortunately for British yogis, they are yet to open a UK branch.
The Duchess is a well-known fan of yoga, revealing her love of the practice on her now-defunct lifestyle blog The Tig and sharing herself performing a number of poses on her now-closed Instagram account.
She has also believed to have continued yoga since giving birth to Archie.

A source told US Weekly Meghan - whose mum Doria Ragland is a yoga teacher in Los Angeles - does“daily yoga and meditation in her equipped yoga studio at Frogmore”.
They explained: “What she loves most about the practice is that it helps her switch off and wind down.”
The Duchess is understood to have installed a “floating” yoga studio at her Windsor home, according to the Daily Express, as part of the £2.4 million renovation of the property conducted earlier this year.
Meghan previously told Women’s Health UK: "I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if it’s blasting hip hop and done in a dark room with candlelight.
"The best! I’ll do yoga a couple of times a week – hot yoga specifically.”
