While it was her stunning bridal gown that stole the show on her wedding day, many of the millions who watched Meghan Markle’s much-anticipated nuptials also admired her understated beauty look.
This included her pretty pink manicure – which was placed in the spotlight during the exchanging of the rings with Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex’s exact nail polish that she wore to walk down the aisle in 2018 has been unveiled by Vogue.
What’s more, the publication revealed that the royal mum, now 38, opted for not one – but two – shades of chip-poof gel polish Shellac on her hands.
The fashion bible revealed that the duchess paid a visit to nail studio DryBy London ahead of her big day, where she had a bespoke manicure and pedicure.
On her fingernails was applied one coat of ‘Unmasked’ then two coats of ‘Negligee’ for a custom pink blend. Her toenails were then treated to two layers of ‘Cashmere Wrap’.

Like all Shellac polishes, her manicure would have lasted for a minimum of two weeks, including through her first royal engagement with the Duke of Sussex at a Buckingham Palace garden party.
The duchess is also believed to be a fan of Essie’s ‘Ballet Slippers’ nail polish – also a favourite of Kate Middleton and the Queen.
Indeed, the monarch has been wearing the shade for more than 30 years. It fits with the unofficial rule that royal women should stick to natural polish for outings.
The revelation comes after the duchess previously gave insight into her beauty regime before she married the duke.

She told Allure that she is a fan of Revitalish lash serum, noting: “I swear they are as long as they could ever be.”
Discussing the contents of her make-up bag, Meghan added: “I love Nars blush in Orgasm. I use it on and off camera because it gives you a nice glow from within.
“My favourite mascara is Diorshow Iconic, and then I love the Make Up For Ever HD Powder. It lets your skin look shiny and fresh, but not greasy-shiny."
