‘Prince Harry chose a Pippa Middleton-replica in Meghan Markle’
Prince Harry has chosen a “Pippa Middleton-replica” by marrying Meghan Markle, a royal commentator claims.
Former royal editor Duncan Larcombe claims Meghan, 37, and Pippa, 35, are “quite similar characters,” sharing an interest in wellness, exercise and their celebrity friends.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous Digital, he said: “After the Royal Wedding, there was a discussion there was something romantic between Harry and Pippa, which was incorrect.
“But it’s quite funny to think that Harry is now married to somebody who is quite similar in temperament, personality and bubbliness to Pippa.”

When the young prince stood by Kate’s younger sister on the balcony of Buckingham Palace after the 2011 royal wedding, the pair unintentionally sparked rumours of a romance.
But Harry, who was 26 at the time of William and Kate’s wedding, strongly denied the rumours.
Meghan joined the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, and Pippa at Wimbledon last week to watch the women’s final between Serena Williams and Simona Halep.
The former American actress sat in the middle of the sisters and the stylish trio chatted as they watched the action from the royal box.
When Harry and Meghan were just a year or so into their relationship, they attended Pippa’s wedding to hedge fund manager James Matthews in Berkshire.

While Meghan didn’t attend the ceremony itself, Harry was spotted driving his then-girlfriend to the evening reception.
Just six months later, the pair announced their engagement in November 2017 and were married the following May. Pippa and James were among their guests.
The two women are also both new mothers - Meghan gave birth to baby Archie in May, while Pippa’s first child Arthur was born in November 2018.
