MAFS' Polly throws shade at Alex in bitter post after furious fan backlash
There's been plenty of drama in the latest series of Married At First Sight UK, with many of the couples failing to make their marriages work. One couple who have been at the centre of the action are Polly and Adam, whose relationship has been rocky from the very moment they met at the altar. Adam had made it clear his wife wasn't his usual type, leading to plenty of backlash from TV viewers.
Other contestants have also been getting involved in the pair's drama, including fellow groom Alex. Recent scenes showed Alex and Polly clashing, and it appears there is no love lost between the duo. Polly recently hit out at Alex on Instagram, hinting that things are still not amicable between the pair. She shared a snap from her living room showing her watching the latest episode of MAFS on television and made a shady comment towards her co-star.
She quoted Alex by writing: "'I didn't come to you for your opinion," before adding: "Who was in our apartments a couple of days ago... asking for my opinion... Hmm." Polly followed this by a photograph of her husband Adam on screen, branding him her "King" in a sweet tribute.

Polly and Adam's marriage hit another obstacle in recent episodes after a photo of Adam dancing with co-star Lacey was sent to Luke. He reacted to the pics - in which Lacey has her legs around Adam’s waist - by saying “Oh my god!” while Adam’s wife Polly demanded to see what he is looking at. One of the group then said they look like they are dancing a Salsa, but Polly bluntly commented, “That’s a bit more than Salsa.”
It marked another tough moment in Polly and Adam's marriage, which has kept viewers gripped as they attempt to make things work.

While things seemed to be improving recently, the couple also ended up having a big argument during the couples’ retreat last week, after Adam learned that during a game, Polly admitted she would ‘twist’ to one of the other husbands because he seemed better at expressing emotions and affection than her own husband did.
It's yet to be revealed if they are still an item, as no MAFS couples are allowed to share their relationship status with fans before the series has ended. However, fans have guessed that Adam and Polly may no longer be together, as Polly recently listed her wedding dress from the show for sale for £1600 on Vinted.
