Kendall And Gigi Mix Up Their Hair Colour For Balmain’s AW16 Fashion Show

We always knew the Balmain AW16 fashion show was going to be a big deal. After all, this is the high-end brand led by Olivier Rousteing - the creative director that’s best mates with the Kardashian clan and spearheaded one of the biggest collaborations with a high-street brand, ever.
And we weren’t disappointed. The Balmain AW16 show, held this afternoon in the French capital as part of Paris Fashion Week, boasted pretty much every member of the #BalmainArmy.
We’re talking Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Jourdan Dunn, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karlie Kloss and Lily Donaldson.

But the most talked about element of the show wasn’t the fashion - or even the models. It was the fact that practically every model mixed up their hair colour.
In probably the biggest model beauty shake-up of the decade, Kendall went blonde while Gigi went brunette (making her look a lot more like her sister Bella than usual) - and they weren’t the only ones to shake things up in the hair department.
Alessandra swapped her brunette locks for a blonder hue, meanwhile Rosie rocked a dark colour in place of her usual light locks as did Lily Donaldson.
The FROW was just as starry. Kim Kardashian stayed home with her newborn son Saint, but both Kris Jenner and Kanye West showed their support for Olivier in the French capital.
Kelly Rowland, seen earlier at the Chloe show, and Olivia Palermo also sat on the french show at what was probably the hottest show of the season.
