Princess of Wales' £35 knitted dress falls victim to 'Kate Effect' - but we found 5 more
The Princess of Wales was the picture of elegance as she arrived at a children's centre in West London on Wednesday.
Kate, 40, opted for a tonal green look for the visit to Colham Manor Children’s Centre in Hillingdon where she is expected to learn more about maternal mental health and speak with staff who have helped vulnerable mothers in the community.
The centrepiece for her all-green look as she arrived was a long double-breasted coat from Hobbs, which features a belt at the waist.
The mother-of-three wore a poppy on her left lapel ahead of Remembrance Day, for which she is expected to attend the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph this Sunday.
But it was Kate’s khaki green rib-knit mock neck jumper peeked out beneath the wool-cashmere coat that caught our attention.
Whilst her previously worn £625 Jimmy Choo croc-embossed leather clutch bag and £560 Gianvito Rossi Gianvito 85 dark olive suede pumps accessorised the all-green look, Kate looked to the high street for her knitted jumper dress.

Ideal for autumn, Kate's knitted dress is from none other than high-street hero brand, Mango, and comes in at under £40.
The long-sleeved fitted Mango dress features a wide rib knit and a turtleneck collar. Kate wore hers with a black leather belt cinching in her waist.

The royal wore her hair in its signature soft blow dry and opted for a soft make-up look, whilst her favourite set of £550 Citrine drop earrings from designer Kiki McDonough glistened in the sun.
In her capacity as the Royal Patron of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance, the Princess of Wales has championed organisations that support expectant mothers experiencing perinatal mental health problems.
She also joined a mother and baby group to speak with those who have received support for their mental health to hear about their experiences.
