Today Kensington Palace revealed images of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with Radio 1’s Teen Heroes of 2019.
The royal couple welcomed the finalists of the Radio 1 Teen Awards, which is now in its tenth year, to Kensington Palace earlier this month. The award celebrates some of the UK’s most inspirational teens and will take place at Television Centre on 24th November.
The teenagers were joined at the palace by Radio 1 DJs Clara Amfo and Greg James, as well as chart-topping singer, Camila Cabello.

For the occasion Kate debuted a new midi dress by one of her favourite high street brands, LK Bennett.
Now in its tenth year, Radio 1’s Teen Awards is the biggest teen event in the pop music calendar and shines a light on some of the UK’s most inspirational teens, seeing them crowned Teen Heroes of 2019 in front of an audience of 14-17 year-olds.@BBCR1 #R1TeenAwards pic.twitter.com/pmkN4HhOlw

The 1930s-inspired dress covered in a toffee hued abstract pattern perfectly complimented the 37-year-old’s refreshed autumnal hairdo.
LK Bennett has been Kate’s go to high street store since she became a member of the royal family. The mum-of-three has been seen in the brand over 40 times since 2011 and continues to champion the label even after it was announced it had collapsed into administration back in March.
Luckily, the ideal transitional dress from the brands newest collection is still in stock for £395, but knowing the ‘Kate effect’ it won’t be for much longer.
