Christmas has come early this year!
It’s a little hard to fully imagine feeling festive right now, but if you close your eyes (and maybe stand next to a cooling fan), it might just be possible.
Christmas lovers in the UK can now head to John Lewis to get their hands on a tree and start their decorating early this year.
Many of us love the idea of a real tree – but not so many of us are keen on the realities of dragging a 7ft spruce through the house, followed by the trail of needles to clean – which is where John Lewis' range of artificial Christmas trees comes in.
Why we rate it
Artificial trees can last for decades, so they work out much cheaper than paying for a real tree every year. And the best part: you won’t need to vacuum up any needles.
From Brunswick Spruce and Belgravia trees to Newington and Peruvian Pine, John Lewis has a huge range of artificial trees to choose from, starting at just £149.
And for those looking to make the set up even easier, British retailer offers a selection of four, pre-lit Christmas trees, featuring strategically placed Christmas lights with optional lighting settings.

What the reviews say
John Lewis customers love the 7ft, pre-lit Newington Christmas Tree, which retails for just £199.
One reviewer called it "the best tree bought so far from John Lewis," saying that "the tree was extremely easy to assemble". They added "the shape of the tree looks as a Christmas tree should."
The best-selling 7ft unlit Brunswick Spruce Christmas Tree, retailing at £229, is accurately moulded and coloured to mimic a real spruce tree.

One reviewer commented that the tree is "worth every penny! It's a very realistic looking artificial tree."
They added that it takes a while to fluff out, but looks "very full" afterwards.
