Jennifer Lopez is selling her £13 million New York apartment because it's 'too small'
Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez have reportedly listed their New York apartment just a year after they bought the property because it's 'too small' for entertaining.
The super-exclusive 4,000 sq ft flat sits within the luxury 432 Park Avenue complex in downtown Manhattan. It boasts three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a library, a large corner living room, private lift and beautiful views of Central Park.
The 96-storey tower was designed by renowned Hungarian architect Raphael Viñoly. Amenities include a games parlour, health club with swimming pool, private cinema and resident's restaurant serving three meals a day.
Unfortunately the singer and her former professional baseball player partner aren't smitten with the size of their 32nd floor pad. They both have two children each from previous relationships, and have apparently told those close to them that they need a bigger home in the city to entertain friends and family.
And they're hoping to make a tidy profit from the sale. The pair paid £11.9 million for the property last year. The asking price now stands at £13.6 million.
J-Lo, who's reportedly worth a staggering $380 million, owns quite a few blocks they could move into while searching for their dream home in the Big Apple.
They include an eight acre home in LA's Stone Canyon area, bought for £28 million in May 2016, along with a smaller LA property high up in the hills, and a waterside mansion in the Hamptons. She's also bought and sold a number of New York apartments in the last few years.
