Jenna Jameson loves how she looks with thick thighs: 'Super skinny isn’t goals'
Words: Tanya Edwards
Jenna Jameson is — once again — crediting the keto diet for helping with her post-baby weight loss and maintenance.
Jameson has dropped more than 80 pounds on the low-carb, moderate protein and high-fat eating plan, and has used her Instagram account to share tips and provide encouragement to others on a wellness journey.
In her newest post, which showed the tattooed star wearing bikini bottoms and a cropped T-shirt, she detailed how she added weight to her thighs and behind — without adding to her midsection.

“Lately I’ve upped my calories just to run a test,” she explained. “I love how I look with thick thighs but despise feeling a muffin top! So I began eating a lot and not restricting my caloric intake. It absolutely worked. My thighs and hips have made themselves known.”
She explained that for her, what works is avoiding “unneeded sugar, wasteful carbs and fast food.”
Jameson’s before-and-afters seem to show that she knows what works for her body and lifestyle, and she also shared what she calls a “mom hack.”
“Here’s a little mom hack also. I do sit-ups in bed! I have a bad back and I struggle doing normal crunches on the floor, so when Batel naps...,” she wrote.
“I do leg raises and crunches in bed and it saves the pain on my sacrum and lower back! Moral of the story... super skinny isn’t goals. Healthy well fed bodies are!!!!”

Jameson, who also attributes her four years of sobriety to her newfound healthy lifestyle, says she's hit her goal weight and is now focusing primarily on maintenance and building muscle. She sticks to a fairly strict keto plan and a regimen of intermittent fasting.
Her motivation to stick with it? Those before-and-after pictures, of course.
