British chef, Jamie Oliver, has announced the launch of his latest cookbook: 7 Ways: Easy Ideas for Every Day of the Week.
The 44-year-old chef has already published 23 best-selling cookery books, but the latest addition is pegged as his most user-friendly to date.
The new book takes 18 hero ingredients that we buy each week such as chicken breasts, salmon fillets, mince, eggs, potatoes and broccoli - and turns each ingredient into seven achievable and nutritious recipes.
We all know it’s easy to get into a rut when it comes to our weekly meal plan. Therefore, Oliver’s aim is to provide new inspiration for your favourite products, instead of trying to change what we buy (which can often feel daunting).

In order to create the book, Oliver explained on Twitter that he went through data to see what the British public buy most in their weekly food shop.
He then went to work creating seven exciting recipes for each hero ingredient, each one focussing on speed, flavour and health.
70% of the recipes are everyday options, meaning you’re covered for every day of the week. It also includes everything from fakeaways to family favourites and all the best British comfort food.
So, if you’ve been looking to shake up your weekly meals, 7 Ways may be just what you you need.
Although the book doesn’t hit the shelves until 20 August, you can pre-order it on Amazon now for £26.
