Here's how much the world's top models really earn
Ever wondered how much models really earn? Well, now you’re in luck. Forbes has released its list of the world’s highest paid models in 2017.
And 22-year-old Kendall Jenner tops the list, ousting 36-year-old Brazilian face Gisele Bundchen for the first time in 15 years. The Kardashian offspring netted a whopping £16.6 million over the past twelve months, putting her well above friends Gigi and Bella Hadid (£7.2 million and £4.5 million respectively).
Gisele didn’t fall too far, landing at second place with her £13.2 million earnings instead. The rest of the list comprises the likes of Chrissy Teigen, Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima and Ashley Graham – who is the first plus-size model to ever feature.
Although ‘regular’ models earn nowhere near as much as their celebrity counterparts, this list is still proof that there’s pay in being a mannequin.
