Gloria Hunniford returned to Loose Women following her husband's death and shared how grief had affected her physically.

Grief presents itself in different ways, and it can do so physically as well.

But before anyone starts, you know, worrying that you're unwell and you look, you know, you're smaller than you were when you were here last time.

Can you clear that up for them before they start getting?

The heels are that height, apart from the fact that she's 6 ft 10 anyway, Um, but, uh, the thing is that obviously when your partner is ill, you like the anxiety and the worry and all of that.

So of course I've lost weight because you don't eat properly and you're always thinking by the other person.

Um but I am fine, thank you very much indeed.

And my two sons, Paul and Michael, when they come to visit, they watch what I eat.

They go, You haven't finished your chicken.

And I think please don't watch me while I eat.

I am hungry.

I'm going to eat it, you know.

But I am fine.
