Glitter boobs are Glastonbury 2017's hottest trend
Glastonbury is currently in full swing and while the UK’s most stylish festival is sure to throw up some out-there new looks, there’s one saucy trend that’s set to dominate the style headlines. For this year’s festival revellers have swapped their feather headdresses for glitter boobs instead.
The bold new fashion movement, which has also been dubbed disco t**ts, sees women throwing off their tops and applying glitter or nipple pasties to their boobs to protect their modesty.

Since the five-day festival kicked off on Wednesday both performers and revellers have been seen embracing their body confidence and showcasing their sparkly assets.
It’s believed the mermaid-inspired new beauty trend was created by The Gypsy Shrine, a UK glitter body paint collective – who also have a station at Glastonbury this year.

From busts dusted with gold glitter, to gem encrusted cleavages the body paint group has been busy sharing stunning snaps of partygoers rocking the brave yet beautiful look on their Instagram page.
But Glastonbury isn’t the first festival to have embraced the glitter boob trend, according to Allure, sparkle encrusted busts were Coachella 2017’s most popular look.

If you’re interested in trying glitter boobs for yourself, you can make it as subtle or full-on as you like, all you really need to do is slather your chest in glitter and gemstones until you’re happy you’ve captured the mermaid vibe.

And if you’re feeling really bold why not team your disco boobs with a glitter bum? Because can you ever really have too much glitter?

Glitter boobs and bums a festival trend too far? There’s always the far more demure glitter tears to try.
