Gigi Hadid's birthday outfit featured a corset and sheer lace trousers
Even amongst a guestlist of some of fashion’s top models and celebrity faces, Gigi Hadid still managed to make herself stand out for her 27th birthday party on Saturday night.
The street outside the star-studded party was awash with enough looks to fill a catwalk show with all the fashionable attendees in Downtown Manhattan to celebrate the model’s 27th birthday, but Hadid certainly stole the show with her all-white outfit.
The birthday girl, 27, wore a sheer white lace ensemble that included a corset, a striking floor-length and sheer flared trousers to her lavish party held at the private club Zero Bond in the NoHo neighbourhood in Downtown Manhattan.
The uncharacteristically warm weather in New York meant that Hadid could turn to Australian designer Dion Lee for her sheer, white lace ensemble.
The outfit featured a corset that cinched in the model’s toned waist, and showed her décolletage which she covered with numerous pearl necklaces of varying lengths and thicknesses.
The suit-style outfit included a striking floor-length over coat with shoulder pads and sheer flared trousers that showed her white panties underneath.

The model accessorised heavily with her pearl necklaces and added chains around her toned stomach, pairing the outfit with white pointed stiletto high heels and a bejewelled sparkling clutch bag.
Her golden blonde hair was swept back into a wavy ponytail and her fresh-faced make-up features a striking graphic liner for the birthday event.
Also in attendance at the star-studded event were Gigi's famous family; her father Mohamed Hadid, mother Yolanda Hadid, sister Bella Hadid, and brother Anwar Hadid were all there to celebrate the model’s birthday, as well as Yolanda's boyfriend Joseph Jingoli and Bella's boyfriend Marc Kalman.
Friends and fellow model colleagues included Helena Christensen, Martha Hunt and Emily Ratajkowski, who wore a revealing cut-out, neon orange dress for the evening’s events.
Other famous friends in attendance included Queer Eye star and chef Antoni Porowski and actress Blake Lively, who looked every bit the supermodel herself in a purple midi dress and red platform heels.
