Gethin Jones teases ‘secret’ project as he prepares for big TV event

Welsh TV star Gethin Jones has told his fans he is working on a "secret" project for a big TV event. Posting a teasing message to his Instagram story, Gethin said: "Secrets - good secrets!"

Reposting a story from BBC colleague Jan McIntyre's story, Gethin is seen with the iconic Pudsey Bear from Children in Need and is seems the mascot is whispering something in Gethin's ear. Captioning the story "Secrets - good secrets!" Gethin appears to be hinting that he is involved with Children in Need.

Children in Need is an annual charity event hosted on BBC One to raise money for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK, with Pudsey Bear as the mascot. This year Children in Need is airing on Friday, November 15 on BBC One and will involve many celebrities taking on different challenges for the charity.

Recently Gethin was reunited with fellow Welsh presenter Alex Jones when they hosted The One Show together. Alex, who is best known for hosting The One Show, and Gethin, who presents BBC morning show Morning Live, have known and worked together for years.

They were back presenting together on Monday, November 5 on The One Show and enjoyed being back in each other's company. Posting to his Instagram story Gethin joked that Alex had already "had enough" of him.

In the photo, Alex can be seen with her head in her hands and Gethin is looking sneakily at the camera. Gethin captioned the picture: "She's already had a enough of me" followed by a laughing face emoji.
