Duchess of Cambridge wears low key outfit for engagement in Essex
The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out on an engagement in Basildon, Essex today alongside Prince William.
The royal pair were at the Basildon Sporting Village to visit Coach Core Essex, an apprenticeship scheme for sports coaching.
Kate Middleton, 36, who gave birth to her third child, Prince Louis, on 23 April this year, wore a blazer, boots and skintight black jeans for the royal engagement.

She wore the ‘2 Button Blazer’ by Smythe which can be purchased for $795 (£623) on the brand’s website.
She paired this with a pair of skintight black jeans and her Russell & Bromley ‘Fallon Dry’ boots worth £295 and available here, which she has worn on multiple occasions before.
Jewellery wise, she opted for a pair of Kiki McDonough Morganite drops, which she previously wore in 2015. The products are worth £1,400 and are available on order.
The look is a stark contrast to the Duchess’ most recent look: a blue Alexander McQueen gown paired with the Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara.
However, this low-key jeans and boots combination bears similarity with what Kate wore when she returned from maternity leave on 2 October – suggesting this might be a new look for the Duchess.
