Pregnant Duchess of Cambridge makes surprise appearance in peach dress
The Duchess of Cambridge, who’s expecting her third child, today made a surprise appearance at Paddington station alongside Princes William and Harry.
Kate joined actor Hugh Bonneville and other cast members from ‘Paddington 2’ to welcome 130 children from a dozen charities supported by the royal trio.
Sporting a slightly shorter hairdo, styled into glossy curls, the pregnant royal looked radiant in a peach Orla Kiely dress.
Embroidered with simple flowers and trimmed with a black ribbon, the midi dress, which comes from the designer’s AW13 collection so is unavailable to purchase, was paired with simple (and small) black block heels and a matching clutch.
Kate’s outfit revealed the tiniest hint of a baby bump; more so than the lacy Temperley dress worn last week.
This is the Duchess’ second appearance after Kensington Palace was forced to announce her third pregnancy early due to another bout of severe morning sickness. Despite still suffering from the ongoing condition, the Duchess looked well at Monday morning’s engagement.
At the event, which was put together to wave off the Belmond British Pullman train, the Duchess was charmed by Paddington Bear himself with the furry animal kissing her on the hand.
As well as laughing and joking with the character, she was spotted talking to charity officials and meeting some of the children in attendance.
